Take control of
your energy.
A prepaid meter on every unit, and the dashboard behind it. Tenants top up from their phones. You see what each unit used and what it still owes.
The problem
One meter for a whole building. A bill split by argument.
That is how most estates still run power. The joint bill comes in, everyone disputes their share, diesel disappears into a generator nobody logs, and the shortfall lands on whoever pays first.
So we meter each unit instead. Every kilowatt gets recorded, priced at your rate, and paid for before it is used. You see the ledger, the tenant sees their balance. Same system for electricity, solar and water.
What we do
What we put on site.
Five things, one wallet. Adding water or solar later is a change to your account, not a second system to learn.

Prepaid metering

Every unit on its own meter.
One STS sub-meter per apartment, shop or common area. A tenant buys credit on their phone and it lands on the meter before they put the phone down. No shared bill, no queue at the office.
- Single-phase and three-phase, with or without an in-unit display
- Tokens delivered to the meter in under a minute
- Disconnect and reconnect remotely, without a site visit
- Bluetooth fallback keeps vending alive when the network drops

You see the load while it happens.
Every meter reports as it runs. Watch one unit, one block or the whole feeder, see grid, diesel and solar apart, and catch the bypass and the immersion heater nobody turned off.
- Live load per unit, block, and feeder
- Grid, generator, and solar broken out separately
- Alerts for tampering, bypass, and runaway consumption
- Exports that reconcile against what you actually billed

Sell the sun you already paid for.
Meter what the array makes, set your own rate, and sell it through the same wallet as grid power. The roof stops being something you paid for and starts paying you back.
- Generation metered at the inverter, billed at your tariff
- Residents draw solar first, grid second, automatically
- Payouts and settlement reconciled per billing cycle
- Works with your existing array or one we scope with you

Water runs on the same wallet.
Same meters, same top-up, same dashboard. One balance covers the flat's water and its light, and you can show exactly where the borehole output went.
- Smart prepaid water meters per unit
- One resident wallet across electricity and water
- Leak and continuous-flow detection on every line
- Fair allocation for tanks, boreholes, and common areas

Charge points your residents pay for by the kWh.
Charging bays get their own meter, billed per kWh to the same wallet as everything else. The car park becomes one more metered service instead of a row about the bill.
- Per-bay metering billed on the resident wallet
- Scheduled charging through off-peak windows
- Visitor charging with one-time access codes
- Rolling out with pilot estates. Ask about joining one

Who it’s for
For whoever carries the bill.
The whole estate, down to one unit.
A hundred units or twelve, it is the same screen. See which block is drawing what, split common-area power without guesswork, and hand the board a report they cannot argue with.
- One dashboard for every block, phase, and unit
- Fair allocation of common-area power and water
- Role-based access for managers, facility staff, and the board
- Audit-friendly exports that match how you report to residents

Deployment
From site walk to live in a week.
We survey, install, and commission. Residents never lose power while we work, and larger estates roll out street by street so the first block is earning before the last one is wired.

- 01
Site assessment
We come to site, trace the risers and feeders, and send you a meter schedule with a price per unit.
- 02
Install
Our technicians fit and commission the meters, one visit per block. Residents keep their power while we work.
- 03
Onboard
Tenants pick their unit in the app and top up the same day. It is light on data and takes about five minutes.
- 04
Operate
You run the estate from the dashboard: vend, watch the load, settle solar, and pull the reports you already send out.
Pricing
Hardware you can quote. Software comes with it.
Prices are per device, before installation. Installation is quoted after the site visit. Estates buying in volume can pay in instalments.

Questions
The things estates ask first.
We put a prepaid meter on every unit in a building and give the owner a dashboard for it. Tenants top up in the app. The owner sells power, solar and water at their own rate, and can see who used what and who still owes. We supply the meters, fit them, and run the software.
We meter what the array produces at the inverter and treat it as another source next to the grid. You set the rate, tenants draw solar before grid, and each cycle we settle generation against what was sold, so you can see what the roof actually earned.
Sometimes, if they are STS-compliant and can be read remotely. The site visit will tell you honestly. Usually replacing them works out cheaper, because monitoring and remote disconnect only work when the meter can answer back.
Vending falls back to Bluetooth, and anything done offline syncs when the connection returns. Balances and history stay correct. It happens often enough that the system is built for it.
It depends on size and access. A single block is usually scheduled within days and live within 24 hours of the install. Big estates go street by street, so nobody sits in the dark while we work.
No. Same platform, same wallet, same dashboard. Only the meter on the wall is different.
Still in pilot. If you are pouring a car park now, talk to us early. The conduits are cheap before the concrete and expensive after.
Nigeria, mostly Lagos. Twelve units or two hundred, the process is the same.
